Sum, Ergo: Reflection and Meditation is an app designed to enrich our experience of life.
Reflection and meditation are complimentary. Reflection is a tool for finding meaning, developing awareness, and discovering self-knowledge. Meditation is a tool to relax, reduce stress, sleep better, and find a moment of peace.
Reflections are carefully curated into bite-sized, two-minute sessions. These sessions are short enough to fit into even the busiest of schedules, while insightful enough to learn and grow from.
Looking for a longer engagement? The app auto-plays the next session hands-free, for a more narrative style experience. This allows you to listen for as long as you’d like.
Mindful meditation is free in Sum, Ergo. There are currently six categories of reflection with hundreds of individual sessions:

This version streamlines user experience, allowing for users to listen to reflections and meditations separately based on their needs. An improved autoplay feature lets users to listen to multiple 2-min bite-sized reflections in one session, completely hands free. The user interface and design have been significantly improved, with greater simplicity, larger fonts, and a better onboarding experience.
